President ~ Kevin Hammack

I am a USAF veteran, husband and father.  At American Airlines I am responsible for coordinating people & resources to produce positive results.  Training includes organizing, project management, communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.  I love Park Glen but know together we can make it better.  I desire an HOA that encourages participation and is transparent and accountable to homeowners.

Director ~ Barry Bryan

32 years in BNSF management taught me budgetary and community skills.  In 2 years on the Board, I have visited residents to promote openness,  accessibility, and strong two-way communication.  Transparency is essential, so closed meetings should be rare and all meeting records and financial consequences of decisions made public.

After proudly serving in the Air Force, I had roles as manager, officer, director, and advisor, working in Accounting, Information Technology, Banking, and Sales.  I look forward to applying my knowledge, work experience, and business skill to help make our neighborhood association better for all homeowners.
