VOTING PROCESS

There will be a delay in the delivery of your letter from Election America. We have been told that the delay is due to an issue with the brightly colored envelopes that were supposed to be mailed out. The envelope you will now be receiving will be white. The letters should be sent out Aug 14th or 15th and arrive at your home a few days later.
The Park Glen Board of Directors has voted to use an outside company, Election America, to handle the 2014-15 election. The process will be suited to and customized to meet the needs of Park Glen. The voting will be electronic this year with the option of sending in a paper ballot if the homeowner is unable to use the computer. Election America will send each homeowner a letter and in it will be a PIN. The homeowner will use this PIN to log on and vote for the candidates he or she chooses. The paper ballot must be at the request of the homeowner and can be obtained by calling the support phone number included in the mailing. The online voting will go from August 13th to Sept 15th. The homeowner will also have the option to vote in person at the annual meeting, the evening of Sept 16th. If you do not receive your letter from Election America by Aug 15th, please contact them at 1.866.514.2995.
A quorum of 10% of homeowners must be reached to validate the vote, so we encourage you to exercise your right to vote!
